Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist with the claim process.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
